About this Collection
Thank you for your support with the Christmas tree collection 2020. During the weekend of Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January the fabulous volunteers collected over 355 real Christmas trees. The Christmas trees were chipped and recycled and used for compost.
Thanks to your generous donations the scheme has raised £4,173.39 (after costs and including Gift Aid). The hospice receives 90% of the monies raised and 10% is donated to the local charity Stars.

About the Hospice
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our aim is for every child and family to receive exceptional medical and emotional support throughout their journey and, where applicable, in bereavement.
This year we estimate just 16% of our total costs will come from Government bodies. For EACH to continue providing free specialist medical and emotional support, we rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income. We need to raise over £5,600 per day, per hospice to enable us to continue providing this vital support. With your donation and support, together we can make a difference.
You’re the reason we’re able to continue to care for and support children, young people and their families living with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
