About the Hospice
Salisbury Hospice is not just a just a building – it’s a group of staff, volunteers and supporters who work together to provide exceptional care to patients with life limiting illnesses and support for their families.
We provide this care to people living in a wide geographical area including Salisbury and the rural area surrounding it, which includes parts of Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. As we believe that the end of life deserves as much beauty, care and respect as the beginning, everything we do is free of charge.
The annual running costs for the Hospice are £2.4 million and with less than 40% funding from the NHS, Salisbury Hospice Charity aims to raise £1.5million of these costs.
