Recycle your Christmas tree with St. Luke’s Hospice in Basildon!

St. Luke’s Hospice in Basildon serves people in Basildon, Thurrock and the surrounding areas including Billericay and Wickford who are affected by a life-limiting illness. They have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC by providing a special way of caring and supporting people in their hospice or in their own homes.

Their expert staff understand the impact that personalised, holistic care can have - not only for the person diagnosed - but for their family and friends too.

This year they’re organising a Christmas Tree Recycling Scheme with us! So, you’re looking to get recycle your Christmas tree after the holidays in a hassle-free way and live in the following postcodes CM11 1, CM11 2, CM12 2, CM12 9, SS15 and SS15 4, register with this scheme!

Registration is open from Friday 15th November and a team of volunteers will be collecting trees to recycle from Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January 2020. Your tree will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way and you will be helping their hospice raise much needed funds by making a voluntary donation.
